- KOSCN will inquire the techniques, media, temperature, pressure, product materials, and other technical parameters requirements for customer’s application in advance so that we can provide the best fit valves.
- After-sales

Once we receive customer’s quality complaints, KOSCN will respond in 2 hours to know the situation. Defective products will return to the warehouse to diagnose failure causes and then provide solutions. If customer has no replacement products, we can provide replacement products. The product quality diagnostic report will be provided within 48 hours.
For abroad after-sales, it’s not necessary for defective products returning to warehouse in consideration of freight cost. However, videos or photos are necessary for failure cause identification.
We provide free maintenance and replacement parts for products within warranty. If the product is out of warranty, we offer a quotation for maintenance according to the specific cases.

- All KOSCN valves or piping system products provide English operation and maintenance manuals.
